بأكبر تناغم ممكن مع الطبيعة، وفي وسط حقل من الزيتون المعمر، يستفيد المبنى من لون الخرسانة الثابت والشكل العام المستطيل المتصل بالارض، والذي يعتمد على المكعبات كعناصر اساسية، يُستفاد من سطوحها كتراسات، وبواجهاتها الزجاجية المفتوحة تتوجه باطلالة نحو عمق الوادي بحيث تمنح المستخدم مشهدا طبيعيا، وتحافظ على خصوصيته.

The design relies mainly on the three cubic elements that in turn provide a wide surface terrace, engaged with glass facades; these can provide a breathtaking view to the depth of the adjacent valley, while maintaining independence and privacy.
