معتمدة على الخرسانة الصلبة كعنصر أساسي في تكوينها، تتوزع اجزاء مشروع ” 1149 ” في جهات العقار الثلاث، متخذة من النوافذ الزجاجية الكبيرة واجهات تغني المبنى وتمنحه علاقة حيوية مع محيطه، فالأجزاء التي تفترق ليكون لكل منها خصوصيته التي تستغل مساحة العقار، تجتمع ويرتبط بعضها ببعض في ما يشبه النواة المتصلة بالمدخل، الذي يطل بدوره على باحة ذات مساحة دائريّة تعلوها خيمة خرسانية منحنية تكسر نمط الخطوط الممتدة التي تطبع المبنى وتمنحه كتله المستطيلة، المشروع يعبر عن استغلال للمساحة بطريقة حديثة تلبي وظائف البيت الحديث، فتمنح الخصوصية حيث يجب أن يكون المكان خاصا، وتفتح المجال حيث تدعو الحاجة ليتم تعزيز علاقة المبنى من المحيط.
Relying on solid concrete as an essential component of its composition, the parts of the “1149” project are distributed in the three sides of the property, taking from the large glass windows and facades that enrich the building and give it a vital relationship with its surroundings. What looks like a nucleus connected to the entrance, which in turn overlooks a courtyard with a circular area, topped by a curved concrete tent that breaks the pattern of the extended lines that characterize the building and give it its rectangular blocks. It opens the space where needed to strengthen the building’s relationship with the surroundings.
