وسط مشهد بانورامي محيط من جهات ثلاث، وفوق واد ممتد، يقع مشروع “مازح فيلا” الذي يستفيد من اطلالاته المتعددة من خلال واجهاته الزجاجية المفتوحة وكتله الواضحة التي تتيح امام المستخدم اكبر قدر ممكن من الرؤية , فترتفع الكتلة العالية بمستطيل واضح شبه منفصل وتمتد على اكبر مساحة ممكنة مشكلة مساحة خاصة عالية تتوزع فيها غرف النوم وتشرف بشكل اوضح على المحيط، اما الكتلة السفلى فيُستغل سطحها لايجاد فسحة مفتوحة على شكل تراس، ويتقلص فيها استخدام الاعمدة التي تعيق الرؤية وتلتف حولها قنوات المياه من ثلاث جهات لتضفي على المكان شعور الاتصال بالعناصر الطبيعية، وتلتف القناة وصولا الى مكان خاص بالسباحة يغطيه المبنى من جهة والتلال المرتفعة من الجهة الاخرى.
المنشأة مبنية بأقل عناصر ممكنة، وجميع عناصرها اساسية وواضحة، فتستخدم الخرسانة والحديد والزجاج لتضفي شعورا بالرصانة.
Indulged in a panoramic landscape surrounding all three sides, and extending over the valley,” VILLA MAZEH” project benefits from the scenery through its open glass facades that allow the resident to enjoy maximal view. The upper block rises as a separate rectangular prism entity and uses maximum possible area to create a private wide space where the bedrooms are located, overlooking the magnificent surroundings.
While The lower entity surface creates an open space in the form of a terrace. It lacks columns that obstruct vision. Water channels flow around the place providing sensual contact with the natural elements. The channels then reach the swimming pool located behind by the building and the surrounding hills as well.
least possible elements are used, all of which are basic and clear. Concrete, iron and glass are used to provide sobriety.
