يأخذ المبنى شكل حرف H وتقوم فكرته الاساسية على تشكيل الأحجام وارتفاعات السقوف بما يناسب الوظائف، فاضافة الى الاستقلال الذي يعبر عنه انفصال الوحدات عند الاطراف، يعزز المبنى قيمة الاجتماع بحيث تؤدي جميع خطوطه الى قلب المبنى، الذي يربط جميع اقسامه في ما يشبه الدار، حيث يجتمع الجميع، وتدخل الحديقة لتحتل خاصرة المبنى المحمية من رؤية الآخرين والتي توفر افضل مطلّ في المبنى.
